FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUNJUNGAN LANSIA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI POSYANDU WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BULELENG I

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pelayanan kesehatan yang mengalami peningkatan kualitas tiap tahun mempengaruhi bertambahnya jumlah penduduk khususnya lansia. Banyak lansia yang mendapatkan fasilitas kesehatan seperti puskesmas dan posyandu lansia dengan baik sehingga Usia Harapan Hidup (UUH) lansia terus meningkat. Jumlah lansia semakin tahun semakin meningkat. Namun ada penurunan jumlah kunjungan posyandu lansia. Apalagi dimasa pandemi ini, kunjungan dan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia sedikit menurun dibandingan tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, petugas kesehatan, pelayan kesehatan, sikap petugas, dukungan keluarga. Beberapa hasil penelitian menyebutkan hal yang serupa, pengetahuan lansia, jarak rumah dengan lokasi posyandu, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, kurangnya informasi tentang posyandu lansia, ekonomi dan penghasilan, kurangnya dukungan keluarga, sikap dan perilaku lansia yang tertutup, dan adanya fasilitas lain yang diberikan pemerintah Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan lansia pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Buleleng I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Cross sectional. Populasinya lansia yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Buleleng I dengan jumlah sampel 89 serta pengambilan sampel dengan Non Probability Sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu chi square. Hasil pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa semua variabel nilai p value dibawah 0,05 yaitu Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan lansia (p value 0,0)3, sikap (p value 0,009). pelayanan petugas kesehatan (p value 0,000). dukungan (p value 0,006) dengan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan lansia, sikap, pelayanan petugas kesehatan serta dukungan keluarga.

Especially during this pandemic, visits and utilization of posyandu for the elderly has decreased slightly compared to the previous year. This is influenced by age, gender, education, occupation, knowledge, health workers, health services, attitudes of officers, family support. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence elderly visits during the Covid-19 pandemic at the posyandu in the working area of the Buleleng I Health Center. The research method used in this study was cross sectional. The population is the elderly who are in the Work Area of the Buleleng I Health Center with a total sample of 89 and the sampling is non-probability sampling. The statistical test used in this study is chi square. The results in this study found that all variables p value below 0.05, namely there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of the elderly (p value 0.0)3, attitude (p value 0.009). health care workers (p value 0.000). support (p value 0.006) with elderly visits to posyandu for the elderly. It can be concluded that the level of elderly visits to the elderly posyandu is influenced by the knowledge of the elderly, attitudes, services of health workers and family support
