GAMBARAN VARIASI POSTUR KAKI DAN Q-ANGLE PADA ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS USIA 6-12 TAHUN

Abstract
Kebutuhan perawatan kesehatan pada anak dan remaja dengan disabilitas intelektual lebih tinggi daripada populasi umum. Permasalahan pada struktur anatomi sering terabaikan, salah satunya postur kaki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran variasi postur kaki pada anak berkebutuhan khusus dan Q-angle usia 6-12 tahun. Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Praktek Fisioterapi Tumbuh Kembang Anak Grow Up. Jumlah sampel yaitu 24 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran secara langsung. Data diambil secara statistik dengan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar sampel memiliki postur kaki normal (58,3%), postur kaki pronasi (12,6%), overpronasi (12,6 %), dan supinasi (16,5 %) sedangkan Q-angle normal (95,8 %), dan Q-angle tidak normal (4,2 %). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa postur kaki pada anak berkebutuhan khusus bervariasi dan nilai Q-angle berada pada nilai normal
