PELAYANAN INKLUSIF SEBAGAI STRATEGI KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF RUMAH SAKIT: KAJIAN LITERATUR

Abstract


Pelayanan kesehatan inklusif semakin menjadi strategi penting dalam memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif rumah sakit di tengah transformasi sistem kesehatan global. Berdasarkan teori Resource-Based View (RBV), layanan inklusif memenuhi karakteristik VRIN (valuable, rare, inimitable, dan nonsubstitutable) yang mendasari keunggulan strategis berkelanjutan. Melalui kajian literatur sistematis dan studi kasus di jaringan rumah sakit YAKKUM, ditemukan bahwa pelayanan inklusif tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien, tetapi juga memperkuat citra institusi, efisiensi operasional, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Dengan demikian, pelayanan inklusif berperan sebagai sumber daya strategis penting dalam tata kelola rumah sakit modern, bukan sekadar pemenuhan hak asasi manusia. Rekomendasi utama adalah mengintegrasikan prinsip inklusi ke dalam strategi organisasi, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, sistem penilaian kinerja, serta kolaborasi multipihak untuk mewujudkan sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang adil dan berkelanjutan.
